Your acceptance of these terms
By using the Mana3a Al-Asnan application, or by creating an account in it, you confirm that you have read these Terms, understood them, and fully agreed to them. If you do not agree to any clause, you may not use the application; your only remedy is to stop using it and delete your account.
What the application is, and what it is not
Mana3a Al-Asnan is an intermediary technology platform. Its function is to display times published by independent service providers (dentists and dental students) and to let you request and organise an appointment with them.
The platform is not a clinic, not a medical entity, and not a healthcare institution. It provides no diagnostic, therapeutic or advisory service, it does not employ service providers and does not supervise them professionally, and it is not a party to any relationship, agreement or dispute that arises between you and a service provider.
Who is responsible for operating the application
Mana3a Al-Asnan is owned and operated by PRO IQ LTD. PRO IQ LTD is responsible for operating the platform as a technology service: maintaining the application, managing platform policies, reviewing service-provider accounts, publishing or removing providers, and providing user support.
What PRO IQ LTD is not responsible for
PRO IQ LTD is not a clinic, not a healthcare institution and not a provider of dental treatment. It does not employ dentists or dental students, does not supervise their clinical work and is not a party to any treatment relationship, agreement or dispute between a user and a service provider.
Any dental examination, advice, treatment, procedure, prescription, medical decision, professional error, appointment attendance issue or other consequence connected with an appointment is the responsibility of the user and the relevant service provider, each within their own legal and professional scope. PRO IQ LTD's role is limited to operating the booking and information platform.
Your own responsibility
You are fully responsible for yourself: for your decision to book, for your choice of service provider, for verifying their licence and competence, for the accuracy of the information you enter, for attending or failing to attend an appointment, and for every decision you make about your health.
The platform does not recommend anyone to you, does not rank service providers, and does not guarantee the outcome of any treatment. The appearance of a service provider in the application is not an endorsement of them and not a certification of their competence.
You are likewise responsible for the confidentiality of your sign-in details and for all activity carried out through your account.
The responsibility of the dentist and the dental student
Every dentist or student registered on the platform works on their own account and in their own name, and is solely responsible for their licence and for practising the profession in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Iraq; for the accuracy of the name, place of work and hours they publish; for honouring their appointments; and for every procedure or advice they give and its consequences.
The service provider confirms that they work within the limits of their professional competence, and that a dental student practises only under the academic supervision approved for them.
The nature of a booking
A booking made through the application is a request only; an appointment is not made until the service provider accepts it. The platform does not guarantee the availability of any appointment nor any party's commitment to it, and either party may cancel within what the application allows. Requests that are not answered within the stated period expire automatically.
Not for emergencies
Do not use the application in an emergency, for severe pain, for bleeding, or for any condition requiring immediate care. In such cases go directly to the nearest emergency department or health centre.
Educational content
The articles and educational material in the application are general information for awareness only. They do not replace a clinical examination or a consultation with a specialist, they do not constitute a diagnosis or a treatment prescription, and the application does not promote any medicine, preparation or product.
Prohibited uses
You may not: impersonate another person or enter false information; create fake accounts or book appointments with no intention of attending; harass service providers or users, or contact them for any purpose outside a booking; extract, copy, republish or commercially exploit platform data; attempt to breach, disable or circumvent the application's restrictions; or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The platform grants you no right to modify the application or its content, to redistribute it, or to build a service upon it.
Suspension of an account
The platform's administration may suspend or delete any account, without prior notice and without stating reasons, if it considers there has been a breach of these Terms or harm to users or to the platform.
No warranties
The application is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, freedom from error, or the accuracy of any information entered by another party.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PRO IQ LTD and its personnel are not liable for direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages or loss of benefit arising from any appointment, treatment, act or omission of a service provider or user. This limitation does not remove PRO IQ LTD's responsibility for operating the technology platform within these Terms.
Indemnity
You undertake to indemnify and hold harmless PRO IQ LTD against any claim, action, loss or expense — including legal fees — arising from your use of the application, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of the rights of others.
Eligibility
Use is available to those who have completed eighteen years of age. Anyone below that age may use the application only through their guardian and under the guardian's full responsibility.
Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated at any time, and an update takes effect from the date it is published within the application. Your continued use after that constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq, and the competent Iraqi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
