Who controls your data
Mana3a Al-Asnan is owned and operated by PRO IQ LTD. PRO IQ LTD is the controller of the account, booking and platform data needed to run the application, support users, review service-provider accounts and handle complaints.
What we collect
We collect the minimum needed to run a booking: your name, your phone number, and your appointments on the platform.
We do not ask for an email address, we do not request location permission, we do not access your camera, contacts or files, we do not track you across other apps and websites, and we use no advertising identifier. Service providers can generate a visit receipt inside the app and choose to save that receipt image to their own device; the application does not upload or read the device's photo library.
Why we collect it
To create and verify your account with a code sent to your phone; to show you your bookings; to let a service provider know who booked with them and when; and to send in-app notifications about the status of your appointments. We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not rent it to anyone.
Who sees what
The service provider you book with sees your name, your phone number and your appointment details — this is what makes the booking possible.
The platform's administration accesses account and booking data to the extent necessary for operation, support and handling complaints.
Beyond that, nobody sees your data.
Independent service providers
Dentists and dental students who appear on the platform are independent service providers. PRO IQ LTD operates the booking platform and may review, publish, suspend or remove provider accounts, but it does not provide dental treatment and is not responsible for clinical decisions, treatment outcomes or disputes arising from an appointment.
Technical service providers we rely on
We rely on technical providers to run the application: a hosting service for the database and accounts, and a service to send the verification code message to your phone. They receive only what they need from your data to perform their function, and have no right to use it for any other purpose.
Retention
We keep your account data for as long as the account exists. Records of completed and cancelled appointments remain with the service provider as their professional record, even after your account is deleted.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from within the application at any time, after typing an explicit confirmation phrase. On deletion: your upcoming appointments are cancelled and the service providers are notified; your name and phone number are removed from your account; and what relates to previously completed or cancelled appointments remains with the service provider.
Data security
Data is transmitted encrypted, and access to it is governed by database-level permissions, so no account can reach another account's data. Even so, no system is absolutely secure, and the security of any data cannot be guaranteed absolutely.
Children
The application is not directed at anyone under eighteen, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Anyone using it on behalf of a minor is responsible for the data they enter.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or its deletion, from within the application or by writing to us.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated, and an update takes effect from the date it is published within the application.
